PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement management system capable of restructuring a network in a short time by allowing a radio equipment incapable of communication to autonomously search for a detour route when the radio equipment in an arbitrary route is temporarily disabled in communication.SOLUTION: A measurement management system 10 is configured such that a plurality of radio equipment includes a communication file simplified in table data provided for a master computer, and when the communication is temporarily disabled between an arbitrary upper layer and lower layer radio equipment, the radio equipment of either of the upper layer or the lower layer searches for another radio equipment capable of communication by referring to a communication operation file owned by itself without depending on the restructure of a radio wave transmission and reception route using the table data of the master computer, and autonomously restructures the radio wave transmission and reception route. |
