<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable presentation to a user that is the receiver with transmission information in consideration of: the knowledge of the user that is the receiver of the information; and the sensibility of scale and level for expressing an event.SOLUTION: In a case where an event, its scale, and a constant value of sensibility of a degree are input, as transmission information from a provider user, a knowledge level of the provider user related to the input event is compared to a knowledge level, relative to the input event, of the receiving user retrieved from a knowledge DB. If the knowledge level of the receiving user is lower than that of the provider user, an event as a conversion candidate is selected from the knowledge DB, the event with which a knowledge level of the receiving user is equal to or higher than a threshold. Further, a scale of an event with which a degree of similarity with sensibility of a degree of the input event is the highest is extracted, and a sensibility value of the extracted degree of the event is converted into a value equivalent to the constant value of the sensibility of the scale of the input event under the extracted scale of the event, and the converted value is transmitted to a user terminal of the receiving user.</p> |
