<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device with favorable characteristics using an electrode including a metal layer containing Mo.SOLUTION: In an electronic device 10, a semiconductor layer 3 is arranged between a first electrode 2 and a second electrode 5, one of the first electrode 2 and the second electrode 5 is formed of a laminated electrode of a first metal layer 2a containing Mo and a second metal layer 2b containing a conductive material having an electric resistivity smaller than that of Mo, and the first metal 2 and/or the second metal 5 contains dopant. The conductive material having an electric resistivity smaller than that of Mo should preferably be at least one selected from Ag, Cu, Au, Al, Mg, W, and an alloy thereof.</p> |
