A first device may establish a connection with a user device via a particular bearer associated with multiple policies for corresponding data flows. The first device may also receive a first data packet associated with a first data flow; apply, to the first data flow, a first policy of the multiple policies; transmit the first data packet to the user device via the particular bearer; receive a second data packet associated with a second data flow; apply, to the second data flow, a second policy of the one or more policies; and transmit the second data packet to the user device via the particular bearer.

1. A method comprising:
establishing, by a first device, a connection with a user device via a particular bearer,
the particular bearer being associated with a plurality of policies for a corresponding plurality of data flows,one or more of the plurality of policies directing the first device or a second device to apply a particular level of quality of service to a corresponding one or more of the plurality of data flows; receiving, by the first device, a first data packet associated with a first data flow of the plurality of data flows; applying, by the first device, a first policy, of the plurality of policies, to the first data flow to provide a first level of quality of service to the first data flow; transmitting, by the first device, first data packet, associated with the first data flow, to the user device via the particular bearer; receiving, by the first device, a second data packet associated with a second data flow of the plurality of data flows; applying, by the first device, a second policy, of the plurality of policies, to the second data flow to provide a second level of quality of service to the second data flow; and transmitting, by the first device, the second data packet, associated with the second data flow, to the user device via the particular bearer.
