A photoelectric compound cable through which optical fiber communication and electric transmission can be integrated simultaneously. The photoelectric compound cable comprises an outer sheath (11), a photoelectric transmission unit is arranged in the outer sheath (11), and the photoelectric transmission unit comprises a central lead (14) and an optical fiber (12) molded outside the central lead (14) and coated outside the central lead (14). The optical fiber is molded outside the central lead through the photoelectric transmission unit, and a prefabricated optical fiber is not twisted together with the lead like the conventional photoelectric compound cable, so that the problem of optical fiber discarding caused by a twisting process can be eliminated. Moreover, the optical fiber is directly molded outside the central lead, so that the optical fiber can be prevented from being damaged by force such as dragging force on the photoelectric compound cable by using the tensile characteristic of the central lead.
