The deflector has a deflector main portion which is provided with a return channel (31) whose longitudinal axis is provided in different direction. The deflector main portion is made up of the fusible, sinterable and curable powder by performing laser sintering process. A straight portion is arranged between a two different directions of the return duct. A threaded spindle (3) and nut (5) are arranged and are rotated in the return channel for extending and delimiting the ball rolling passage. An independent claim is included for ball screw.
