The present invention provides a drain pump motor which has a solid assembly and is capable of preventing short circuit or electric shock accidents from occurring to ensure the safety and reliability. A lower cover (40) including a lid unit (46) is attached on the upper portion of a drain pump housing (10), and a motor (100) is mounted on the upper portion of the lower cover. The motor (100) has a separate stator assembly (12) and rotor assembly (140). A shaft (130) attached on the stator assembly (120) is inserted into shaft bearings (150, 152) arranged in a rotor core body (141) of the rotor assembly (140) to be assembled. |
