The present invention relates to a time amplifier and a time amplifying method. The time amplifier according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a charge storage unit which stores charges; a discharging unit which discharges the charge storage unit with a first current according to a plurality of input signals; a charging unit which charges the charge storage unit with a second current according to at least one output signal among a plurality of output signals; and a comparing unit which provides one of the output signals by comparing the voltage of the charge storage unit with a reference voltage. |
