A contact cleaning apparatus 100 comprises at least one contact cleaning roller capable of removing debris from a substrate surface and at least one adhesive roller 154 capable of removing debris from the contact cleaning roller 156, the rollers being located within a first cleaning unit 110. The rollers are mounted on a retractable pull-out slide mechanism that is capable of being slid in and out of the first cleaning unit to provide improved access for maintenance of apparatus. A second cleaning unit 112 may also be located on the pull-out slide mechanism and may comprise a second set of contact cleaning and adhesive rollers to provide double-sided cleaning. |
