PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric appliance support device capable of installing an electric appliance such as a wall-mounted television set to be continuously positioned with fine adjustability. SOLUTION: An electric appliance support device comprises a function panel 1 and a back-face support rail 2. The function panel 1 is provided with a slit 11 penetrating through both sides. The back-face support rail 2 with a U-shaped cross section has engagement pieces 21 at both ends, each having a protrusion along longitudinal direction to form a supporting gap 22 between the inwardly projecting engagement pieces 21. The supporting gap 22 of the back-face support rail 2 is aligned to the slit 11 on the rear face of the function panel 1 to fasten the function panel 1 and the back-face support rail 2, in which a support nut 4 is slidably held. A metal fitting for hanging an electric appliance is fastened with a bolt in engagement with the support nut 4 through the slit 11 from the surface side of the function panel 1.
