PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsion beam type suspension having durability by avoiding tension concentration in a connection part with a torsion beam, of a spring sheet. SOLUTION: The torsion beam type suspension includes: a trailing arm 2; a torsion beam 11 of which the right and left edge parts 111 are superimposed on and welded to the trailing arm 2; a gusset 12 which is extended in a vehicle width direction Y and is superimposed on and welded to an upward wall surfaces 11f of right and left ends of the torsion beam 11, and an upward wall surface wu of the trailing arm 2; a spring sheet 7 in which a spring receiving seat 701 of a coil spring 14 for transmitting a road surface reaction force Rf to a vehicle body lower part side, and an arm side extension piece 403 extending from a circumference part 4 of the spring receiving seat 701, the extended end being welded to the trailing arm 2, are formed.
