PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing agent composition which has a high foaming property, well emits a perfume, and gives a high thermal effect. SOLUTION: This bathing agent composition includes the following components (A) to (C): (A) foamable granules containing an organic acid and a carbonate as main components, (B) inorganic salt powder, and (C) an oily component, and containing the component (C) in an amount of 0.3 to 2.0 mass%.
