Wristwatch with atomic oscillator

The method involves providing a research phase of optimal injection current of a laser in an open loop atomic oscillator, and igniting a closed loop formatting atomic oscillator by the return of a microwave signal received at an output of a cell (3) based on laser injection current. The frequency of the laser is identified. Original injection current is determined by adding a certain threshold value or subtracting to the maximum value. The injection current of the laser is adjusted to a predetermined value. An independent claim is also included for a wristwatch.
