The method involves inserting a hollow body blank (38) of a deformed thermosetting plastic into a blast pipe cavity (16) of a forming tool (14). A reinforcement element (28) is inserted into the blast pipe cavity, where section-wise recoating of the reinforcement element is done by injection molding. An independent claim is included for a device for executing a reinforcement element manufacturing method.
