PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dew condensation water collecting device serving also as fixing a sheet, improved in fixing a sheet in a greenhouse whose frame is made of many arch-like pipes and which is made by extending a sheet on the frame, and collecting dew condensation water condensating in the inner surface of a sheet to drain to the outside. SOLUTION: This dew condensation water collecting device serving also as fixing a sheet includes a long mortise frame 2 with a narrow opening, a dew condensation water guide frame 1 detachably hung to the upper part of the mortise frame 2, and a pair of upper and lower seizing filaments K1 and K2 doubly superposed in the mortise frame 2. The dew condensation water guide frame 1 is made of an inclining piece 11, a seizing piece 10 connected to the base end of the inclining piece 11, and a groove 12 separately set on the upper surface of the base end of the inclining piece 11. The device collects dew condensation water W condensating on the inner surface of an upper sheet S1 in a gap (A) formed between the upper surface of the inclining piece 11 and the inner surface of the upper sheet S1, and drains water through the groove 12 to the outer surface of a lower sheet S2.
