The dosing device has a conveyor channel with an inlet and a dispensing outlet. A feed wheel projects into the conveying channel over the outer circumference. A cleaning opening (18) is arranged entirely in the interior (20) of the feed wheel. The cleaning opening has a ring portion formed concentrically to the feed wheel. An independent claim is also included for a distributing machine for dispensing seed and manure.
