<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system for vehicles which can improve user operability while ensuring security. <P>SOLUTION: In the radio communication system for vehicles, a portable unit 10 sends an unlock command signal Sb based on operations of an unlock switch 13 provided in the portable unit 10. When the unlock command signal Sb is received by an on-board device 20 of a vehicle A and an on-board device 30 of a vehicle B, the on-board devices 20 and 30 execute unlock controls for unlocking doors of the vehicles. The unlock controls are executed only by either of the on-board devices 20 or 30. The on-board devices executing the unlock controls are changed each time the unlock switch 13 is operated. With a changeover of the vehicle for which unlock control is executed, the on-board device before the changeover executes lock controls for locking the doors of the vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
