PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly thermally-conductive thermoplastic resin composition having improved molding fluidity in injection molding and also having environmental compatibility such as biodegradability and carbon neutral. SOLUTION: The highly thermally-conductive thermoplastic resin composition comprises a (3-hydroxyalkanoate) copolymer comprising a repeating unit represented by the formula: [-CHR-CH<SB>2</SB>-CO-O-] (wherein R represents an alkyl group represented by C<SB>n</SB>H<SB>2n+1</SB>(n is an integer of 1-15)) and a highly thermally-conductive inorganic compound having a thermal conductivity of≥10 W/m K as a simple substance. The thermoplastic resin composition has a thermal conductivity of≥0.8 W/m K. Since the solidification rate of the resin in a mold can be reduced in injection molding, molding fluidity in injection molding is not deteriorated in spite of the high thermal conductivity.
