PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge apparatus in which peeling of an insulating film and occurrence of burr at an end edge of the insulating film can be prevented, and to provide a method of manufacturing the liquid discharge apparatus.SOLUTION: A place corresponding to a part of an electrode on a substrate is masked with a masking member having insulation properties, and the masking member, a pressure chamber, an actuator, and the non-masked part of the electrode are covered with an insulating film. The masking member after being covered is floated from the substrate and a circuit board is held between the masking member and the substrate, thereby bringing the conductive path of the circuit board into contact with the electrode. |
