Stepladder with folding platform and folding struts

The stepladder has telescopic support legs (6) articulated near top of uprights (2), and rods (10) controlling spacing of the legs. Spacer arms are placed under a foldable platform (4). Each upright has upper and lower parts (2a, 2b) connected by an articulation (30) with lockable position to lock the lower part in extension of the upper part or to fold back the lower part. Each leg has a lower part (6b) slidingly mounted on upper part (6a). An end of the rod and an end of each spacer arm are articulated on a fitting, so that the legs automatically elongate when the platform is use position.
