The present invention concerns a biofilms marking composition characterized in that it comprises: at least one staining agent, which preferably is Rhodamine, in a weight percentage relative to the total weight of the composition of between 0.1 % and 1 % including both limit values; at least one non-ionic surfactant; at least one anionic surfactant; at least one chelating agent, and water, mixed in different concentrations. In addition, the present invention includes a marking spray or aerosol of biofilms on surfaces that contains the above-mentioned composition, in any of its variants, and a method for visually identifying the above mentioned biofilms on surfaces, which comprises bringing into contact the biofilms marking composition that is the object of the invention with a surface to be analyzed, and rinsing the surface with a polar solvent. The dye remains adhered to the biofilm, making it possible to visually identify its presence on the surface.
|
