摘要 Combustion engine crankshaft seating providing minimization of mechanical losses relate to the problems of crankshaft of internal combustion engines . In the process of combustion in a combustion engine there is a sharp compression connecting rod ( 3 ) downwards , causing the deflection of the crankshaft . The influence of the temperature also occurs on the extension of the crankshaft in the direction of the axis of rotation. Crankshaft is composed of the right flywheel ( 6 ) , which is connected to the left flywheel ( 1 ) by a connecting pin ( 4 ) . The connecting pin ( 4 ) is also part of the lower connecting rod (3) bearings . On the right to the flywheel ( 6 ) is positioned right roller bearing (5 ) with a prescribed axial play of 0.20 0.05 mm . On the left flywheel ( 1 ) is left roller bearing ( 2 ) with a prescribed axial play of 0.20 0.05 mm . The total axial play of the crankshaft is given by the sum of the play of two bearings (5, 2 ) . Prescribed play ensure free movement of the crankshaft in the axial direction in space defined by total play.
