摘要 The present invention relates to a urea supply device of an SCR system and an operation method thereof. According to the present invention, the urea supply device of an SCR system comprises: a distribution module to pump the urea applied in a liquid form from a tank to an inputting module while the urea pressurized by pumping has a plurality of pumps to press the urea supplied to the inputting module by pumping, and a pressure sensor to detect the pressure of the urea supplied to the inputting module; the inputting module to apply the urea distributed and pressurized by the distribution module to an injector together with compressed air so as to atomize the urea and input the urea to the exhaust gas introduced to a reactor; and a control module to change a pump in operation to another pump when the pressure of the urea is equal to or lower than a reference pressure, wherein the pressure of the urea is detected by the pressure sensor while the urea is supplied to the charging module by the distribution module by driving one of the plurality of pumps. According to the present invention, the urea can be stably supplied by changing a pump having respective urea under abnormal pressure to another pump during the input of urea to the exhaust gas introduced to a reactor from the SCR system.
