PURPOSE: A method for detecting errors in an IP-PBX system is provided to grasp the cause of a failure. CONSTITUTION: If an IP-PBX(Internet Protocol-Private Branch eXchange) apparatus(110) receives an invitation message from a first terminal(122), a function module(112) extracts the terminal information of the first terminal. The IP-PBX apparatus extracts the terminal information of a second terminal(124) by response to the reception of the invitation confirmation message. An RTP(Real-time Transmission Protocol) connect information management module(114) creates an RTP connection list between the first and the second terminals. A failure detection module(118) detects a network failure through the RTP connection list of a database(116). |
