摘要 The present invention relates to a system that circulates coolant heat exchanged with seawater to a load (10) in a heat exchanger (20), which comprises a temperature sensor (34) which is installed adjacent to a three-way valve (16) on a coolant supply pipe (12) where the coolant is circulated; a seawater pump (24) which is installed on a seawater supply pipe (21) that supplies seawater to the heat exchanger (20); and a speed control unit (32) which changes speed of the seawater pump (24) to a condition set based on a signal of the three-way valve (16) and the temperature sensor (34). The present invention can reduce unnecessary operating power for a seawater pump and can save energy to help build an efficient cooling system by controlling the operation speed of multiple seawater pumps with same volume in order to optimize cooling seawater quantity supplied to a cooling system of a vessel.
