PURPOSE: A lighting device and a liquid crystal display device with the same are provided to efficiently reflect light, which is emitted from a light source, onto a surface of a printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of LED(Light Emitting Diode) light sources(130) are formed on a printed circuit board. A resin layer(140) is laminated on the LED light sources to cover. A reflecting module(200) is formed on the printed circuit board. The reflecting module includes an inclined surface. The inclined surface corresponds to a light emitting direction of the LED light sources. |
