PURPOSE: A cooling system of an air-conditioner for a vehicle, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable an operator to inject a refrigerant in front of a bumper without interfering a refrigerant injector. CONSTITUTION: A cooling system of an air-conditioner for a vehicle includes a double pipe type interior heat exchanger(500) forming the specified section of a low temperature refrigerant pipe(P1) and high temperature refrigerant pipes(P2, P3) into a dual structure. The double pipe type interior heat exchanger exchanges heat with a refrigerant inside the high temperature refrigerant pipes flowing inside an outer pipe(510) with the refrigerant inside the low temperature refrigerant pipe.
