PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of functional rice flour and an alcoholic drink manufactured with the functional rice flour are provided to offer the rice flour without water injury to the human body, and excellent taste and functionality. CONSTITUTION: Unpolished rice or polished rice is washed in water. 140-160 parts by weight of water are added to 100 parts by weight of washed unpolished or polished rice, and the mixture is boiled with high heat until the rice is half-cooked and slowly heated with low heat. The cooked unpolished or polished rice is pressed and heated to make scorched rice. The scorched unpolished or polished rice is dried and pulverized to make rice flour. 100 parts by weight of Japanese apricot flesh and 20-30 parts by weight of pine needles are washed, cooled, and pulverized with a quick cooling pulverizer to make mixed compound powder. 25-35 parts by weight of mixed compound powder is added to 100 parts by weight of rice flour to make functional rice flour. |
