PURPOSE: A movable type arms and legs exercise device is provided to enable a user to do legs and arms and to walk on an acupressure road. CONSTITUTION: A movable type arms and legs exercise device comprises a rotary plate holder which is vertically installed, a rotary plate(40) which is located on the side of the rotary plate holder and is formed in the shape of a handle, a moving unit(60) which drives a wheel according to the rotation of the rotary plate, a sensor unit which is mounted in the rotary plate and detects a rotation speed, a signal preprocessing unit which removes noise from a rotation speed signal and converts the signal into a digital signal, an operation processing unit which generates a motor driving signal from the received rotation speed signal, and a motor drive unit which drives the motor connected to the wheel. |
