The present invention relates to an insulation type gap maintaining rod including an insulation body which is extended lengthways in the longitudinal direction and formed with an insulation material; a cone unit which is integrally formed on at least on end of the insulation body and includes a separation prevention slope; and a rib which is extended in a circular shape along the outer circumference of the insulation body in the circumferential direction. A connection groove detachably connected to one of an anchor and a connection cap is formed in the cone unit. The separation prevention slope becomes narrower to be inclined toward the end of the cone unit.
