A display device includes: a display section including a plurality of display pixels; and a liquid crystal barrier section including a plurality of barrier regions. Each of the barrier regions extends in a first direction inclined with respect to an arrangement direction of the display pixels, and allows light to transmit therethrough and blocks the light. The liquid crystal barrier section includes: a liquid crystal layer; and a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer interposing the liquid crystal layer in between. The first electrode layer includes an electrode pattern having a slit provided along the first direction in the barrier regions.

1. A display device, comprising:
a display section including a plurality of display pixels; and a liquid crystal barrier section including a plurality of barrier regions, each of the barrier regions extending in a first direction inclined with respect to an arrangement direction of the display pixels, and allowing light to transmit therethrough and blocking the light, wherein the liquid crystal barrier section includes a liquid crystal layer, and a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer interposing the liquid crystal layer in between, the first electrode layer including an electrode pattern having a slit provided along the first direction in the barrier regions.
