<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, an array substrate for a liquid crystal display device includes: a substrate; a first sub-pixel; and a second sub-pixel. The first sub-pixel and the second sub-pixel are defined by a gate line, a first data line, a second data line, a first common line, and a second common line which are located on the substrate and crossed by each other. The first sub-pixel includes: a first semiconductor layer; a first source electrode; a first drain electrode; and a first pixel electrode connected to the first drain electrode. The second sub-pixel includes: a second semiconductor layer; a second source electrode; a second drain electrode; and a second pixel electrode connected to the second drain electrode. The first sub-pixel and the second sub-pixel share a single gate line. The first drain electrode and the second drain electrode are exposed through one contact hole.</p> |
