The present invention relates to a packaging device for a crytophyte crop harvester capable of increasing the efficiency of packaging by continuously loading and packaging crops harvested by a cryptophyte crop harvester onto small sacks. According to the present invention, the packaging device of a cryptophyte crop harvester includes: a sack installation plate having a plurality of sacks installed toward the circumferential direction to accommodate crops which are fallen from a transfer instrument after being transferred by the transfer instrument; and a rotation shaft installed on the center of the sack installation plate, with the ability to rotate on the frame of the cryptophyte crop harvester. Through the rotation of the rotation shaft, the sack installation plate is rotated and, thereby evenly distributing and inserting the harvested crops into the sacks.
