The present invention relates to a plane heater comprising a plane fabric which has a plurality of holes punched therein and is made of non-woven fabric, polyethylene, or urethane resin; first input lines and second input lines which have currents flowing in the directions opposite to each other in the plane fabric; first guide threads which are connected to the first input lines and have a current flowing in the same direction as the first input lines; second guide threads which are arranged at regular intervals between the first guide threads in the plane of the plane fabric, connected to the second input lines, and have a current flowing in the same direction as the second input lines, wherein the first guide threads and the second guide threads are spaced at regular intervals and integrally woven in the plane of the plane fabric so that both side ends thereof can be in contact with each other, thereby hardly generating magnetic waves, preventing a heating line from rising up over a mat, and being convenient to be used.
