A method for receiving, by a first station, position information using a second station located in the vicinity of the first station in a wireless access system according to the present invention comprises the following steps of: receiving a station identifier (STID) and at least one fake ID from a base station; obtaining a fake ID of the second station; requesting location information on the second station from the base station using the obtained fake ID of the second station; and receiving the location information on the second station from the base station, wherein the fake ID is an identifier used for position measurement and is mapped onto the STID.
