The present invention relates to a rubber composition for a water blocking film and to a water blocking plate using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a rubber composition for a water blocking film capable of water swelling and to a water blocking plate that is formed in a structure that can block the inflow of rainwater using the same. In the present invention, provided is a rubber composition for a water swelling water blocking film that gradually expands when contacting rainwater so as to fundamentally block the penetration of the rainwater by enhancing adhesion between a water blocking plate and an installation surface thereof. Moreover, a water swelling rubber water blocking film is produced by using the rubber composition for a water swelling water blocking film and is then mounted on the side end and the bottom end edges of the water blocking plate. Accordingly, the rubber water blocking film expands in order to completely come in contact with the entrance wall of an underground path when the rainwater is fed in the underground path so that the inflow of the rainwater can be fundamentally blocked. |
