A seawater desalination method using reverse osmosis according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a primary desalination step in which a primary reverse osmosis module is used; a secondary desalination step in which the primarily desalinated water is desalinated by using a secondary reverse osmosis module; and a step for supplying the secondarily desalinated water to a final treatment water tank. The primary reverse osmosis module is treated by a multi-stage element so that the permeation water amount can be maintained constantly, and a part of the treated water by the primary reverse osmosis module branches from the front end of the module and is bypassed to be supplied to the final treatment water tank.
