A polarization-sensitive optical interference tomography system according to the present invention includes: a light source; and a polarized light separator which is connected by the light source and polarization-maintaining fibers, and which separates a light generated from the light source into an S-polarized light and a P-polarized light. The S-polarized light and the P-polarized light, which are reflected after entering a measurement target, are detected so as to obtain different image information according to difference in the polarization status. According to an embodiment of the present invention, by first using the polarized light separator, connected with the light source, to separate the S-polarized light and the P-polarized light, and receiving signals returning from the measurement target after entering the measurement target, polarization properties of the measurement target can be obtained. |
