A compound is selected from the following formula (I), formula (II) and formula (III):wherein R1 is selected from R2, R3, and R4 are independently selected from C1-C12 alkyl which may be branched or unbranched, may or may not contain ring structures, or independently selected from C6-C12 aryl ring which may be substituted or unsubstituted, which may be independently interrupted by one to four groups selected from O, N, Si, S, C(O), C(S), OC(O), OC(O)O, SC(O), SC(S), C(O)NH, C(O)NRx, OP(O), OSiRxRyO, or carbon-carbon double or triple bond; R5 is hydrogen, Rx, Si(Rx)2(Ry), or Si(Rx)3; R6, R7, and R8 are independently selected from hydrogen or Rx, wherein Rx or Ry has the similar structure with that of R2, R3, or R4; n is an integer from 1 to 6; X is O, S, N, NH, or NRx; A is a n-valent linkage, A-X is OH, ORx, SRx, NHRx, N(Rx)2, or quaternary ammonium cation selected from (Rx)3N+ or (Rx)2RyN+, when n is 1; A-X is N, NRx, or quaternary ammonium cation selected from RxN+, RxRyN+, or (Rx)2N+, when n is 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6; or A-X—(H)n represents a n-functional alcohol, thiol, phenol, carboxylic acid, or amine, respectively.
