The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display panel with a micro cavity structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting diode display panel according to the present invention includes: a substrate; an organic light emitting diode which is formed on the substrate; a color filter which is formed on the organic light emitting diode; a reflection layer which is arranged on the lower layer of the organic light emitting diode; and a semi-transmitting layer which is arranged on the upper layer of the color filter. The present invention provides the organic light emitting diode display panel with the micro cavity structure to selectively amplify light of a desirable color (wavelength band) without increasing the number of micro processes.
