Disclosed is a network management system for managing unregistered terminals. The network management system discriminates and provides the unregistered terminals to a network manager terminal, wherein network information is unregistered on the network management system and the unregistered terminals are connected to an IP phone and linked to the network so that taking a significant amount of time to look for the unregistered terminals is unnecessary in which a network manager brings the state of abnormal network to cause the unregistered terminals, because the network manager catches promptly the network information of the unregistered terminals.
