The present invention relates to a method for preparing rice hulls for a rice full tea, comprising: (a) a step of washing rice; (b) a step of spraying steam on the rice and drying; (c) a step of spraying a natural substance extract and drying; (d) a step of separating the rice obtained from step (c) into rice hulls and brown rice; and (e) a step of separating rice hulls and, more specifically, relates to a method for preparing rice hulls for a functional rice hull tea which has excellent taste and flavor and includes high nutrient content by using rice hulls, and to a rice hull extract tea produced by using the rice hulls prepared therethrough. |
