A method for solving the mismatch of RRC status in a wireless communication system includes the steps of: determining a radio resource control (RRC) connected state when a paging message including temporary subscriber identification information is received; and performing an RRC connection reset process when the RRC connected state is determined. The mismatch of the RRC status is solved when a terminal of the RRC connected state receives the paging message including its own S-TMSI.
