Disclosed are a grinding apparatus and a grinding method of a surface texturing for performing a groove formation process and a surface texturing process of a processing object inside a single device consecutively. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the grinding apparatus for a surface texturing comprises: a grinding part for performing a grinding process by rotating a grinding wheel in contact with a machined surface of a processing object, and for triaxis transferring the grinding wheel; a groove processing part for processing a groove in a fixed shape and a fixed size in an external diameter of the rotated grinding wheel; a first vice part, which is arranged in one side of a lower part of the grinding part, for fixating a position of the groove processing part; and a second vice part, which is arranged in the other side of a lower part of the grinding part, for fixating a position of a processing object. |
