A device comprises a magnet and a magnetizer. The magnetizer rotates by the magnet. The rotation generates an acoustic labial sound at a specific frequency. The combination of the magnet and the magnetizer has a magnetic profile. The combination is changed in order that a specific harmonic shape is overlapped on the magnetic profile for reducing the acoustic labial sound at the specific frequency.
