The present invention is related to a method for producing aqueous mixed minerals and metallic lead from steelmaking electric furnace dust (E, A, F, D), ferromanganese furnace dust (E, A, F, D), pulverized manganese carbonate ores, pulverized manganese dioxide ores, waste mixture including iron, manganese, zinc, and cobalt, filter cake waste of a hydroxide including iron, zinc, manganese, and cobalt, pulverized alkaline manganese waste battery articles, electric furnace reduction iron, pulverized steel scraps, pulverized ferro manganese articles, and pulverized waste alkaline manganese battery cover articles. Furthermore, the present invention is related to a method for reusing waste water generated in a step of melting wastes without draining to the outside.
