The present invention relates to a reflection sheet, a backlight unit, a liquid crystal display device and a manufacturing method of a reflection sheet. The present invention includes a body containing bubbles. The reflection sheet, arranged on one surface of the body, includes an upper surface skin layer containing multiple particles and has an uneven bump on the surface of the upper surface skin layer. Also, the mean value of the height difference or the surface roughness of the bump on the reflection sheet is 15μm or higher, and the distance between the bumps on the reflection sheet is 200μm or smaller.
