The present invention relates to a triple-structured core-shell nanoparticle including: a first metal nanoparticle core; an oxide shell surrounding the first nanoparticle core; and a second metal nanoparticle located at the surface of the oxide shell, and to a solar cell comprising the same, which can not only increase the optical absorption efficiency of the nanoparticle by the surface plasmon resonance, but can also obtain the light absorbing properties according to each metal at the same time by forming the first metal nanoparticle and the second metal nanoparticle composed of different metals.
