According to the present invention, a hot-oil dehydration method for efficiently dehydrating a fluidal waste and for regularly and sufficiently removing oil comprises: a preparation process of adjusting the oil contained in the fluidal waste (W); a forming process of forming the waste (W), in which the oil is adjusted, into pellets (P1) with identical shapes and sizes; a first dehydration process of inserting the formed pellets (P1) into heated dehydration oil (DO), and dehydrating the pellets (P1) without stirring the pellets (P1); and a second dehydration process of inserting the dehydrated pellet (P2) into the heated dehydration oil (DO), and dehydrating the pellets (P2) by stirring the pellets (P2). |
