Disclosed is a pulley capable of being coupled to a generator, a water pump, and a crank shaft used as a component of a vehicle, reducing noise, and improving the quality and productivity. The pulley of the present invention comprises a coupling unit which is coupled to a rotary shaft; a belt support unit which is extended in an axial direction from the coupling unit and has a groove on the outer circumferential surface; a ring-shaped weight body which closely contacts with the inner circumferential surface of the belt support unit, and an elastic member which fixes the weight body to the inner circumferential surface of the belt support unit by being inserted into the inner circumferential surface of the weight body. |
